Abstract

The increasingly advanced progress of globalization makes promiscuity among teenagers increasingly unavoidable, various problems, especially juvenile delinquency, have spread to all teenagers among students and those who are no longer students, namely teenagers who have dropped out of school, such as free sex, drugs, brawls between students. Moreover, for those who drop out of school, there is no longer any space to get education, especially character education, which should be obtained at school. This is increasingly worrying that teenagers who drop out of school will fall deeper into promiscuity. Here the role of IPNU IPPNU is needed, namely by inviting them to follow and initiate character education which is implemented in every activity through a communication approach between both parties.
