Abstract

The role of the madrasa head in improving the pedagogic competence of IT-based teachers at MA Al-muhtadi Sendangagung, regarding the stages in the role of the madrasa head to improve the pedagogic competence of IT-based teachers, including: 1) The role of the madrasa head as an educator, 2) The role of the madrasa head as manager, 3) The role of the madrasa head as an administrator 4) The role of the school principal as an innovator 5) The role of the madrasa head as a motivator. The researcher's suggestion to madrasa heads is that they can improve training programs that can support increasing competence and can also complete facilities related to facilities and infrastructure at MA AL-muhtadi Sendangagung.
