Abstract

Conceptual skills refer to understanding and executing the vision and mission of an organization, while human skills refer to the ability to collaborate, motivate, and direct others. On the other hand, technical skills are the skills needed to use knowledge, methods, techniques, and tools to complete specific tasks. School principals also need to possess a multitude of technical skills as they are directly involved in the educational and administrative techniques carried out by teachers and staff. They need to monitor and provide supervision to ensure that these techniques are implemented correctly. However, because they interact with people, they cannot neglect their human skills as well.
