INOVASI DAN MOTIVASI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI SISWA MI TARBIYATUS SA’ADAH PANCENG GRESIK DI ERA NEW NORMAL

Abstract

The head of the madrasah was the sole leader of an educational institution. One of the responsibilities of the madrasah principal was to be an innovator and motivator. Innovation is a new thing that can bring change and is one of the solutions to problems. Motivation was needed as a driving force in implementing renewal. The new normal period was an adaptation of new life habits by complying with health protocols, so implementation was limited. From this, innovation and motivation from the Head of Madrasah were needed to improve the quality of student learning in the new normal era after the covid-19 pandemic. The quality of learning obtained resulted in a myriad of achievements, both academic and non-academic. Innovation and motivation were not only given during the new normal period. In order to improve the quality of education, innovation needs to be given to educational institutions. The motivation was also given as a boost of enthusiasm for improving performance in educational institutions.
