Abstract

The importance of education in the progress of the nation lies in graduates. So, to produce quality human resources refers to the management of the educational curriculum. In this context, the latest education phenomenon shows the problem of the competitiveness of human resources that is quite worrying is that the unemployment rate is still quite high. When educational institutions produce graduates who are unemployed, then the level of education can be said to be less relevant to the needs of society. Therefore, it is important to make the madrasah curriculum by adjusting student development to environmental developments, so as to optimize graduates at the institution
