Abstract

Pesantren education is a conscious and planned effort in preparing students to know, understand, internalize, the teachings of Islam, the role of Miftahu Ulum Islamic boarding school in shaping the leadership character of students is very large, because Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that educate and shape the character of students because in the current era the moral decline of the younger generation is declining. Therefore, to deal with problems related to the decline in morals and character of the younger generation, special education that aims to create an intelligent and charismatic young generation is through Islamic boarding school education
