Madrasah self-evaluation at MIN 3 Bojonegoro in ensuring educational quality is carried out through planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Planning involves determining future activities, schedules, methods, and responsible persons. Organizing includes socialization, forming teams, setting targets, assigning tasks, completing instruments, implementing evaluations, analyzing results, and conducting follow-up actions. The implementation is conducted honestly and properly once a year involving the principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Supervision is directly managed by the principal to ensure effectiveness. Supporting factors include loyalty, trust, cooperation, teamwork, prioritizing common interests, mutual respect, and continuous support among all members involved in the evaluation process
