Abstract

The method of improving language programs at the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Princess Islamic Boarding School is to use various methods in accordance with the provisions or regulations that have been determined by the Central Language Department of the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Princess Islamic Boarding School. And of course there is iqob or punishment for children who violate all the rules that have been made by the Language Department of the Sunan Drajat Lamongan girls' boarding school center, it is all made for the creation of a superior language dormitory and can achieve a target or goal that has been desired by him, namely ning Dr. Hj. Biyati Ahwarumi, S.E., M.A,  She is the daughter of the caretaker of Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school, she is Father Prof. Dr. KH. Abdul Ghofur. The results of this research are seen from the success or failure of a program and strategy from him Ustadzah Lina as the head of the Arabic language program, which must go through various processes, namely, through Planning, Organizing, Directing or implementing (Actuacting)), and finally is Evaluation in its management function, in order to create an effective program and to improve the performance of tutors in accordance with predetermined wishes.
