Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are one part of management in educational institutions, facilities and infrastructure have a very important role in an organization, institution or educational institution without supporting facilities and infrastructure, the educational process will not run as it should.  Madrasah Mualimin Mualimat is the only madrasah institution that is the hope of the community and plays an important role in the education of its children.  This is proven by all the sons and daughters of the Banjaranyar community who study at the madrasah which is within the scope of the Sunan Drjat Islamic boarding school, not only that, many from other islands or cities want to go to school at the Sunan Drawatt Islamic boarding school by boarding at the Sunan Drjat Islamic boarding school.  This.  And the most important thing is that all the sons and daughters who attend this madrasa receive lessons, guidance and direction from the teachers.  However, for the people of Madrasah Mualimin Naimat Sunan Drajat, this remains a great hope for the progress of their sons and daughters.  So if the institution encounters problems or obstacles in managing and teaching and learning processes, it is the community who will feel disadvantaged
