The research results reveal that the inservice training program for archiving significantly contributes to the improvement of educational staff performance. Training participants demonstrated an increased understanding of the importance of good archive management and enhanced technical skills in archive management. Additionally, there was an increase in awareness of the procedures and archiving standards that must be applied in the workplace. The implementation of this program includes the stages of planning, execution, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the training materials are prepared based on the specific needs of the educational staff. The program execution involves interactive and participatory learning methods. Evaluation is conducted periodically to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide feedback for program improvement. Some obstacles identified in the implementation of this program include the limited training time and lack of supporting resources. Nevertheless, the evaluation results indicate that management support and participant commitment are key factors in the success of this program. Overall, this research concludes that the inservice training program for archiving is an effective strategy for improving the performance of educational staff. The research recommends increasing the intensity and scope of the training program and developing more comprehensive training modules to support the achievement of optimal results. Furthermore, it is suggested that in future implementations, efforts should be maximized to prevent underutilized facilities from being left idle
