Sharia fiscal policy has great potential to reduce poverty levels in Indonesia through its various instruments and mechanisms. The effective and sustainable implementation of this policy can help create a more prosperous and just society. Several studies have shown that fiscal policies, including those based on sharia, have a positive influence on reducing poverty rates. Sharia fiscal policy has an important role in maintaining the economy, especially in reducing the poverty rate in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of sharia fiscal policy on the poverty rate in Indonesia in the short and long term. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study show that sharia fiscal policies in the short and long term have an influence on reducing poverty levels in Indonesia.
