Community empowerment is a development strategy aimed at enhancing community capacity, self-reliance, and well-being. Kranji Village in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, possesses natural bamboo resources that can be utilized to produce *reyengan* (fish containers) to support local fisheries and seafood trade activities. This study aims to analyze the forms of community empowerment involved in utilizing bamboo for *reyengan*, identify the resulting economic impacts, and explain the factors facilitating or hindering its development. A descriptive qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that utilizing bamboo for *reyengan* enhances the economic value of the bamboo, creates business opportunities for the community, and strengthens the local economy based on village resources. Furthermore, this activity supports the preservation of local wisdom and the sustainable use of natural resources. Facilitating factors include the availability of raw materials, community skills, and the high demand for *reyengan* in fishery operations. Conversely, hindering factors include limited product innovation, restricted market access, and competition from plastic-based products. The study recommends providing mentorship, entrepreneurship training, and government support to enhance the competitiveness of bamboo *reyengan* products.
