The success of an educational institution is highly dependent on the leadership of the principal. The principal is a functional teacher who is given the task of leading the school institution. One of the main roles is to be able to lead the management of the use of facilities in order to achieve the best service and learning satisfaction. One of them is infrastructure and quality. Facilities and infrastructure are one of the vital factors in the implementation of education and learning. So if the facilities and infrastructure are not implemented properly, it will have a negative impact on students, especially on the teaching staff. Quality is the peak of quality, so in managing facilities and infrastructure must be managed properly. So that it can maximize facilities and infrastructure in order to achieve maximum learning.
