The resulets of this research, firstly planning makes human resource management in order to achieve a good organization that meets the desired whishes by running as optimally as possible. Organization requires good coopertation so that a program can run effectvely and efficintly. Implementation is carried out during the process regarding various problems whithin the scope of employees, workers, managers and other workers, manageres and other workers to be able to support the company's organizational activites in order to achieve predmriined goals. Systematic and differentiated descriptive information collection evaluation to make effective deploment decisions realated to value adoption selection and modifcation of various learning activites.
