Program evaluation is a method to determine the performance of a program by comparing it with predetermined criteria or goals to be achieved with the results achieved. Results achieved in the form of information are used as consideration materials for decision-making and policy determination. This evaluation is carried out systematically through the process of collecting and analyzing data that can be accounted for in correctness, to find out the level of the success of a program. The Qur'an tahfidz program is one of the curriculum development programs that emphasizes the formation of students who like to read and memorize the Qur'an, have noble character, are confident, and are responsible in interacting effectively with the surrounding environment. The Qur'an tahfidz program is in line with the objectives of the 2013 curriculum which is based on the graduation / competency standards of graduates detailed in Permendikbud number 54 of 2013 which says that there is a Balance between soft skills and hard skills, which includes aspects of attitude competence, skills, and knowledge. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati is a Qur'an-based institution specifically for women that implements the K13 curriculum and a Qur'an-based curriculum that emphasizes the formation of individuals and a generation of outstanding and Qur'anic Muslims. MTs. Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati is one of the embryos of the Al-Fathimiyah women's Islamic boarding school which is engaged in the field of religious education by focusing on Qur'an education, especially focusing on tahfidzul Qur'an with the aim of creating a Qur'ani generation, namely a generation that loves the Qur'an and tries to practice it in daily life. Here the author is interested in reviewing research on the evaluation of tahfidzul qur'an-based education programs at MTs Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan. This research aims to answer the formulation of the problem.first, how to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an-based education program at Mts Al fathimiyah Banjaranayar Paciran Lamongan? And second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Qur'an-based tahfidzul education program at Mts Al fathimiyah Banjaranayar Paciran Lamongan This research aims to answer the formulation of the problem.first, how to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an-based education program at Mts Al fathimiyah Banjaranayar Paciran Lamongan? And the second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Qur'an-based tahfidzul education program at Mts Al fathimiyah Banjaranayar Paciran Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative method with the presentation of descriptive data, by taking the place of research at the Putri Al-Fathimiyah Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan Islamic Boarding School, where the validity uses triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The result of this study is the evaluation of the tahfidzul qur an education program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan is the author using the CIPP evaluation model, namely context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation
