Abstract

Research based learning is learning that is based on research and discovery, research based learning is an important means of improving the quality of learning, in research learning students are not expected to just listen, take notes and then memorize lesson material, but through research learning students are expected to actively think, communicate, search and process data then draw conclusions. Research based learning is very important to improve the quality of learning, therefore the integration of research is very necessary as well as the innovation of head master. To get satisfactory results in developing educational research, innovative head master are needed. Head master innovation is really needed to solve problems in developing educational research and achieve results as expected.
