Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to HOKI undergoes a double-blind review by at least two reviewers. The publication, revision, or rejection of the manuscript is based on their reports and recommendations. If necessary, in certain cases, the editor may submit the article for review to a third reviewer before making a decision.
