Post-Publication Discussion

Ummul Qura: Journal of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Institute (INSUD) Lamongan welcomes readers, researchers, authors, and members of the academic community to submit questions, comments, requests for clarification, or additional information regarding published articles.

Post-publication discussions must relate to the scientific content of the articles and be conducted in an academic, objective, and evidence-based manner.

Questions or comments regarding published articles may be submitted to the editors through the journal’s official contact channels. The editors will assess the relevance and substance of each submission before determining the appropriate course of action.

If a comment concerns scientific errors, research integrity, or suspected ethical violations, the editors will conduct an investigation in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and research misconduct policies.

If necessary, the editors may request clarification from the authors of the article. Such clarification may serve as a basis for determining whether a correction, expression of concern, retraction, or other editorial action is warranted.

Post-publication discussion does not replace the peer review process conducted before an article is published. The peer review process continues to be carried out in accordance with Ummul Qura’s peer review policy.

Ummul Qura is committed to fostering constructive post-publication discussions that promote transparency and uphold the integrity of the scholarly record.
