About the Journal
Conseils: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam is a scholarly journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Universitas Sunan Drajat Lamongan, Indonesia. Established in 2021, the journal is dedicated to the dissemination and development of scholarly knowledge in the field of Islamic Guidance and Counseling.
Junela Conseils provides an academic forum for lecturers, researchers, counselors, practitioners, students, and scholars to publish original research, conceptual studies, and scholarly works related to guidance and counseling from Islamic, psychological, religious, educational, and multicultural perspectives.
The journal's scope encompasses Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Counseling, Islamic Psychotherapy, Religious Counseling, and Multicultural Counseling. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies that integrate Islamic Guidance and Counseling with psychology, education, religious studies, social sciences, and other relevant disciplines.
Junela Conseils seeks to encourage scholarly discussion on contemporary issues related to individual development, mental and spiritual well-being, family and educational counseling, religious life, social relationships, cultural diversity, and the development of innovative counseling approaches. Contributions may address theoretical developments, empirical research, methodological advances, professional practices, and evidence-based interventions relevant to the field.
To maintain the quality and integrity of published articles, Junela Conseils applies an editorial screening process followed by a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological rigor, academic contribution, clarity, and compliance with publication ethics.
The journal is managed and published through an Open Journal System (OJS) to facilitate efficient scholarly communication and provide wider access to academic publications. Junela Conseils is committed to promoting academic integrity, ethical scholarly publishing, research excellence, and the continuous development of Islamic Guidance and Counseling.
