Abstract

Pemberian intervensi yang tepat pada target perilaku harus menerapkan secara keseluruhan dan memperhatikan berbagai prosedur yang kompleks. Teknik token ekonomi merupakan teknik yang banyak digunakan dalam analisis perilaku. Tujuan artikel ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana token ekonomi dijelaskan sebagai sebuah konsep dan terapan pada penelitian maupun layanan psikologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah mengumpulkan kepustakaan. Selanjutnya data pada setiap artikel dipilah sesuai dengan relevansi dan dilakukan analisis terhadap konten sesuai dengan kesesuaian pembahasan. Hasil telaah literature dalam penelitian ini (1) Pelaksanaan teknik token ekonomi terdiri dari unsur – unsur yang komplek dan penting untuk dipahami oleh tim pelaksana secara jelas, sehingga tidak akan membingungkan peserta dan menghambat pelaksanaan program; (2) Token ekonomi terdiri dari berbagai variasi dalam pelakasanaannya; (3) Token ekonomi dapat di terapkan di berbagai bidang; (4) Pelaksanaan token ekonomi dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur pelaksanaan yang telah dirancang supaya pelaksanaan tetap tertuju pada maksud dan tujuan awalnya. Artikel ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa manajemen pelaksanaan teknik token ekonomi cukup kompleks dan perlu langkah strategis dan memenuhi unsur-unsur dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga dapat dirancang dan dipraktekan secara benar
